Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) dark chocolate (70%)
- 1 cup (200g) jaggery powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk of choice
- 1/4 cup (60g) Amul salted butter
- 1 cup (120g) whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp (30g) cornstarch
- 2 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (70%)
Instructions

In a bowl , a mix hot milk and jaggery powder. Mix till jaggery is completely dissolved.

Add in dark chocolate and mix till melted completely .

Add melted butter and combine.

Sift in the dry ingredients.

Fold the batter using the spatula.Do not overmix

Pour batter into a baking tin and sprinkle chopped chocolate on top.

Bake at 180C for 25-30mins

et the brownie cool down completely. Cut and serve.
