Viral Custard Yogurt toast, But make it healthy!

This custard yogurt toast is trending and I had to make this one. I love all things sweetThis breakfast toast tastes like dessert. You can choose any toppings you like,like Heres how you make it .

Ingredients

  • Makes 4 toasts
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt/Hung curd
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 4 slices of multigrain bread
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix together to yoghurt, custard powder, jaggery powder and mix till it is lump -free.

    Take a bread slice and create and indentation in the centre.

    Add 2 tbsp of custard mixture. Add the toppings of choice. I added strawberries, chocolate, banana and honey.

    Bake the bread at 250C for 5-8mins or you can air dry for 4-5 mins, till the bread gets toasted completely.

    Let it cool for 2 mins and then
