Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 g reen chilli, slit
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
- handful of chopped coriander
- 3 puréed tomatoes
- salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 L water/vegetable stock
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
- 1 carrot, julienned
- cabbage julienned
- spring onion
- coriander
- 1 cup cooked noodles
- 1 tbsp chilli oil(optional)
Instructions

In a pan , sauté ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli and onion till golden brown.

Add carrot, mushroom , spring onion and cook for 5 mins . Add tomato purée , salt and pepper and cook.

Add water and soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5-7 mins in high flame .

Once it comes to a boil, serve hot with some noodles, veggies , aromatics and chilli oil
