This is my personal favourite dessert of all time. Its soft, creamy, and delicious without being overly sweet.

Instructions

    To make the coffee soak, mix together hot water , coffee and sugar. Let it cool completely.

    To make the cream, whip together mascarpone cheese and sugar till creamy.

  3. 3

    To this, add the whipping cream and fold it in.

  4. 4

    Soak the ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee mixture and immediately place in a tray .

  5. 5

    Add in all the cheese mixture and spread it evenly using a spatula.

  6. 6

    Dust generously with cocoa powder and let it set for 4 hours or overnight.
