Ingredients
- Pasta dough:
- 1/2 cup sooji
- 1/2 cup maida
- Salt
- Hot water
- Filling:
- 2 tsp oil
- 4-5 g arlic cloves
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup paneer, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheese
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregeno
- Pink sauce:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 3 tomatoes (purée)
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregeno
- 1 tbsp basil leaves
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 cup cream
- Once Ravioli are shaped, cook them in boiling water and salt for 7-8 mins .
- Heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add oregeno , chilli flakes and boiled ravioli . Cook for 2 mins and assemble your pasta.
- To assemble , serve the sauce at the bottom . Add the cooked ravioli . Garnish with chilli oil and oregano and basil.
