Semai Barfi from Bangladesh

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 200 g sevaiyan
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

In a pan, add some ghee, add some savoyate, litmus, golden brown and aromatic.

To that, add desiccated coconut chopped almonds and some milichi powder.

Roast for about 5 minutes on low flame.

Now finally, add some condensed milk to it and mix till everything is very well combined.

Now transfer the mixture on a lined container.

Let it sit for at least 1 hour, then slice it up.

And garnish with some pistachios and enjoy.
