These brownies are gluten-free and refined sugar-free. They are moist , delicious and so indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extraxt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak quinoa for an hour . Drain the water and wash the quinoa once and then add them to a mixer jar.

    Add all ingredients mentioned in the caption except the dark chocolate chunks in the mixer jar and blend till you get a smooth batter.

    Grease and line an 8”square tin and put the brownie batter. Spread it evenly and sprinkle the dark chocolate chunks on top.

    Bake at 180c for 20mins .

    Let them cool completely and slice into 9 pieces and enjoy these guilt-free yummy brownies
