- 5 medium potatoes
- water & salt for boiling
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Chives or spring onion for garnish.

Added the potatoes and let them boil until they are folk tender.

To add more richness, I added some melted butter and mixed it in.

To add some more flavour to the mashed potatoes, I cooked the cream with some garlic and rosemary.

Once the flavours are nicely infused, discard the aromatics and add the cream to the potatoes.

Combine the cream with the potatoes so it all comes together to give you this nice and creamy mashed potatoes.

It needed some more salt, add that and give it to it with some freshly ground black pepper and some chives.
