    A quesadilla is a Mexican dish consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and sometimes meats, spices, and other fillings, and then cooked on a griddle or stove

    I have also added paneer to up the protein in the recipe

    1 cup whole wheat flour

  4. 4

    -Mix together flour water salt and oil to make a stiff Paratha Dough

  5. 5

    - Heat Oil in a pan and cook the onions till they are soft

  6. 6

    - And rest of the vegetables and spices and cook For 5minutes

  7. 7

    - On one Paratha spread shredded cheese on one side of the Paratha and add 2 tablespoon of filling and again top it up with some cheese

    Fold the Paratha in half

  9. 9

    - In a nonstick pan, heat ghee or oil and add the quesadilla and cook it on both sides till golden brown
