  • Oil/ghee - for frying
  • For Paneer Stuffing
  • Paneer – 100 gms
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander chopped - a handful
  • Amchur powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
