Ingredients
- For the base:
- 5-6 digestive biscuits
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mango purée
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mango pieces
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions

Powder biscuits, add the melted butter and sugar and mix . Add a layer of this to the container and freeze for 10 mins

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mango purée and sugar and whisk till creamy . Add the whipping cream and mango pieces and fold in to make the filling .

Melt dark chocolate and pour over the cheesecake mixture and refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy!!!!
