Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped methi
- 1 cup bajra flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp dhana jeera powder
- 1 tbsp green chilli paste
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup curd
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp ajwain/carrom seeds
- Oil for greasing the dhebra
Instructions

Mix al the ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough .

Cover and rest the dough for 30mins. At this stage , add water if the dough is still stiff.

Take a small piece and roll the dough to the thickness of a paratha .

Cook it on both sides with oil on high flame .

Serve with lots of ghee and enjoyyyy

Store in casserole for 4-5 days.

Special Tips:

Knead the dough with curd only . Do not add water . It gives dhebra a distinct flavour and increase the shelf life .

Do not add less than 3 tsp is sugar or it will taste bitter (due to the methi).

You can add jaggery in place of sugar to make it healthier .
