Matho is a slightly thinner version of Shrikhand and is usually made with some fresh fruit. You can find this in sweets shops of Gujarat. This tastes so amazing and refreshing because of the fresh man

Ingredients

  • 400 g full fat curd
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp(no water)
  • 1/4 cup powdered suagr(add more if you need sweeter)
  • 4-5 strands of kesar
  • 2 tsp warm milk(to soak the kesar)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mango pieces
  • Pistachios to garnish
  • Tips:
  • 1. Use full fat curd to get that creamy and rich texture. If you are using low fat curd , add milk powder to get that thickness
  • 2. Do not use whisk or electric heater to mix hung curd with mango pulp. It will result in a thinner Matho
  • 3. Refrigerate for already 4-5 hours to get that thick texture
