Start by soaking dates and cashews in hot water for 30 minutes.

Now add them in a blender along with the whole mango, some ilai chi powder and some saffron strands.

Now blend this till it is nice and smooth, you can add some milk to adjust the consistency.

Transfer this into silicon moulds or an ice cube tray.

Add foil paper at the top, punch some holes with the help of a knife and insert your ice cream sticks.
