Its super simple to make cream cheese at home with very basic ingredients . You can make cheesecake , cake , cupcakes with this.

Ingredients
- 1.5 L full fat milk
- 2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp Amul fresh cream
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

In a heavy bottom pan, heat milk till it comes to a boil.

Add vinegar and mix it well. Milk will start to curdle

Switch off the gas and let it cuddle completely

Strain it using a Muslim or cheesecloth and squeeze all the water out.

transfer it to a mixer jar along with butter and cream and blend till smooth.

Your cream cheese is ready. Transfer to a container and let it set overnight. Your thick and creamy cream cheese is ready.

Store in an airtight container with some water over the cheese . You can store up to 1 week in fridge .
