- For potatoes -
- 8-9 baby potatoes, boiled and halved
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Kung pao potatoes:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 7-8 g arlic cloves, chopped
- 1 ” ginger , chopped
- 1/2 cup spring onion whites, chopped
- 3-4 Kashmiri red chillies
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp jaggery powder
- 100 ml water
- Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch +2 tbsp water
- 1 cup capsicum , cubed
- 1 cup spring onion greens
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

Baby potatoes deep fried and stir fried in a very nutty and spicy Kung Pao sauce, which consist of chili paste, Sichuan peppers and roasted peanuts
