Ingredients
- Pancakes:
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup spring onions
- 1/2 cup capsicum
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1.5 cups water
- Dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 3-4 drops sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Substitutes:
- Whole wheat flour- all purpose flour
- Honey- jaggery/maple syrup
- Sesame oil-olive oil
