Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 8 dates soaked in hot water
- 3-4 cup of warm milk( coconut milk or any other milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Soak dates in hot water for 10mins

In a blender jar, add paneer, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla and dates(remove the seeds)

Blend everything till nice and smooth.

Pour the mousse in a bowl and put a cling wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
