Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup paneer, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1 ” ginger, grated
- 1 g reen chilli , chopped
- salt
- 1 /2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- 1 boiled potato, smashed
- 1-2 tbsp besan (optional- only if you feel the mixture is not binding )
- Oil for shallow frying

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients above.

Shape into Tikkis and shallow fry on both sides .
