   - Chop dark chocolate and add it to a microwave-safe bowl

   -Add condensed milk and butter and microwave for 1 minute and then 30seconds

   Then slowly stir using a spatula till combined

   - add crushed walnuts and mix well

   - Transfer mixture to a tin lined with parchment paper and level the fudge

   - Garnish with walnuts and refrigerate for at pears 3 hours and cut into pieces with a knife dipped in hot water
