Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ghee(clarified butter)
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp warm milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 180C.

In a small bowl, mix together warm milk and cocoa powder.

In another bowl, whisk together ghee, jaggery powder, vanilla and chocolate mixture.

Add in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda , salt and 1/2 of the chopped walnuts and make a dough.

Scoop out cookies using an ice cream scoop , add chopped walnuts at top and bake at 180C for 12-15 mins.

Allow the cookies to cool for 5mins and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
