Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled noodles
- 2 tbsb oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 capsicum, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup spring onion bulb
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 cup spring onion greens
Instructions

Heat oil. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic .

add spring onion bulbs, carrot, capsicum and cabbage and cook on high flame for 3-4 mins

Prepare sauce by mixing salt , sugar, pepper, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar.

Add noodles to vegetable mixture . Add the sauce. And mix . Cook for 2-3 mins

Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy!!
