- Jn a bowl, whisk together Butter and sugar till light and fluffy

Mix in the vanilla essence

- Add maida, rice flour, milk powder, salt and vanilla essence and make a dough

- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170C for 20-25mins

Let the cookies cool completely

- Melt chocolate and coat the cookies completely and chocolate and add chopped almonds on top and refrigerate for 30mins
