Ingredients
- 1 cup Flavourless oil
- 3/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Castor sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 1/8 cup All purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Warm milk (for sauce)
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- 2.5 cups Icing sugar
- 1.5 cups Desiccated coconut

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Whisk together oil, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix milk and vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into the condensed milk mixture.

Add the milk-vinegar mixture and fold using a spatula to form a smooth batter.

Pour into a lined baking tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.

For the chocolate sauce, mix warm milk, butter, cocoa powder, and icing sugar until smooth.

Cut the cooled cake into cubes and chill for 30 minutes.

Dunk each cake cube into the chocolate sauce, then roll in desiccated coconut.
