Waffle cone is my favorite part about having ice cream.

To make the batter mix together sugar, oil and vanilla extract.

To that add some milk and stir till all the sugar dissolves.

Now add in mehda and a pinch of salt and give this a final mix to make the batter.

Let the batter rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Now take a non stick pan and spread the batter like you make dosa and let it cook on low frame for about 3-4 minutes.

Once it turns golden brown on one side, carefully flip it over and cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes.

Now take it off heat and roll it into a cone immediately while it's still hot.

Now take the napkin and hold the cone in this position for about a minute till it cools completely.
