Sharing my Chocolatw Ganache recipe for you guys. Its super simple to make and can be used to ice cakes, cupcakes etc.

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate (45%)
- 100 g Amul fresh cream
Instructions

Finely chop 200g of dark chocolate and transfer to a microwave safe bowl.

Heat cream and pour over the chopped dark chocolate.

Let it sit for 5mins and whisk gently it turns all comes together and becomes glossy.

Run the spatula around the bowl to make sure all the cream has mixed well.

Let it sit at room temperature for 8-10hours to become of piping consistency.

Special tips:

Use warm cream and not too hot cream . Otherwise the chocolate might split.
