Instructions

Mix suji, milk, sugar & cardamom. Rest for 30 mins.

Add baking powder, soda, vanilla & oil. Mix into a batter.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins. Cool.

Slice into 1 cm pieces.

Bake again at 180°C for 20-25 mins on both sides till golden.

Let them cool, then crunch away with chai! 🫖✨
