Ingredients: 1 cup milk powder; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/2 cup coco powder; 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate(I used 70%); 1/2 tsp salt; 1 cup boiling hot milk

Its super easy to make and very convenient . Just stir in 2-3 tbsp of this milk with 1 cup of boiling hot milk or water and stir in. Your delicious cafe style Hot chocolate is ready in under a minute.

1 cup milk powder

In a blender jar, blend together milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and salt.

Store in an airtight container.

To make hot chocolate, take 2-3 tbsp in a mug and add 1 cUp of boiling hot milk and stir well till everything is combined. You can also use a frother to mix it .
