
Butter garlic spaghetti
This is an easy pasta recipe that comes together under 10mins and is so rich and delicious. You dont need a lot of ingredients and tastes like a restaurant style dish.

Ingredients
- Spaghetti :
- 200 g spaghetti (2 cups , boiled)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- Crispy garlic:
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- Spaghetti:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce(I used a veg oyster sauce )
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese , grated
- 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp spring onion

Boil water in a pot . Once it comes to a boil , add salt and spaghetti. Let the spaghetti cook till al dentè.

To make the crispy garlic, heat oil and add the sliced garlic. Lower the flame and let it cook till golden brown and crispy. Cook on very low flame or else the garlic will burn.

To make the spaghetti,heat butter, add garlic and chilli flakes and sauté till garlic is golden brown.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 1 minute. Add the boiled pasta and cook the sauce well. Add Parmesan cheese and spring onion and give a good mix.

Serve hot and garnish with cheese and spring onion .
