Breakfast series:EP3: Mugadi(left-over rice parantha)
This is a staple breakfast at my home. Whenever there is left over rice, we make this for breakfast. They are soft and fluffy and made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- Salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp ginger chilli paste
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup curd (add more if needed)
- Oil for cooking
Instructions

Combine all ingredients mentioned above and made a soft dough . The dough will be sticky . Cover with some oil .

Cover and rest the dough for 15 mins

Heat tava and roll out the dough to the size and thickness of paratha . You will need to dust the surface with flour to roll the dough

Cook the Mugadi on both sides with some oil . And serve hot !
