Biscuit Chocolate Cake
Try this easy chocolate cake using any biscuit of your choice. I used digestive biscuits but you can use Parle-g , hidenseek etc.

- 140 g digestive biscuits
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Walnuts for garnish

Instructions

Crush any biscuits of your choice in a mixer to that add vanilla essence, some milk and give it a whisk.

Once you have a smooth batter add the melted chocolate and fold it in using a spatula.

Now add some powdered sugar and some baking powder and give this all a good mix to not over mix.

Pour the batter in a prepared tin, garnish with some walnuts and bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
