Ingredients

  • 2 oog Thick yoghurt
  • 160 g m Condensed milk
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp hot milk
  • 12-15 saffron strands
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  • Saffron jelly:
  • 200 ml water
  • 8-10 strands of saffron
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1.5 tsp agar agar

Instructions

    In a small bowl, mix milk and saffron, stir ans set it aside.

    In another bowl, whisk together yoghurt, condensed milk, cream, saffron milk, and elaichi powder.

    Transfer the mixture into a heat proof bowl. Cover with foil paper .

    STeam it on medium flame for 20-15 mins till it sets completely .

    LEt it cool down at room temp for 1 hour and refrigerate in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

    To make the jelly, heat all ingredients and stir continuosly.

    Add this mixture on top of the yoghurt layer. and let it set in fridge till it sets.
