
4-Ingredient Nutella Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup +1 tbsp (150g) All-purpose flour/Maida
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
- 4 tbsp Milk
Instructions

In a bowl, add flour and baking powder and mix well.

Add Nutella and combine.

Add 4 tbsp milk gradually, 1 tbsp at a time.

Knead the dough with hand to form a stiff dough

Roll the dough on baking paper to avoid sticking to the surface

Cut the cookies with a circle cookie cutter. Cut a circle in the centre using a smaller cutter. You can also use bottle cap for this.

Place cookies on a lined baking tray and bake the cookies at 180C for 10-12 mins.

Let cookies cool on a wire rack.Once completely cooled, add 1/2 tsp Nutella to the bottom circular cookie and place the centre cut cookie on top and press slightly.
