Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 1 cup yoghurt/curd

Instructions

Start by taking some milk and heat it till it reaches to a boil.

Now simmer it till it reduces in half.

To this add some curd and whisk it till it is well combined.

Add Jaggery powder to it, it is still warm and then transfer it to a bowl.

Place it in a kadai with some water and a tissue paper on it to prevent it from slipping around.

Cook it for 25 minutes and then refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
