
3-Ingredient Almond Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, milk, and optional ingredients.

Mix with a rubber spoon until it forms a cookie dough ball.

Roll a tablespoon of dough between slightly oiled hands and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Press each cookie lightly with your fingertips to flatten and add sliced almonds on top.

Leave a thumb of space between cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C until slightly golden.

Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
